"The place is cute and they have a great setup, but the service was just ok. Quality of cut wasn’t great. The manager was nice but the other young lady we came in contact with seemed like she was over it. This was our first time there and it wasn’t a great experience. My oldest daughter got her hair cut and it was not straight.The manager had to come and fix what the other lady did, or didn’t do. She got the sweet haircut that comes with a spray of perfume and they didn’t give her the scented spray they gave my other daughter. She was upset about that. They were very busy and it seemed like we didn’t really matter. My youngest daughter took a bath when we got home and as I was brushing her hair I noticed her cut wasn’t done correctly either. So disappointed. Won’t be returning."
"Took my 3.5 year old daughter for the first time Sunday and she loved it. I did also. Pricing is not bad and the service.... there were two highschool aged girls working and they were amazing. I wish I had gotten their names. They said them, i just cannot recall at this moment. They were talking to my daughter and niece and calling them by their names, like they knew them, laughing, and just seemed to genuinely like the job. My daughter is very shy and immediately went to the girl who did her Barbie Makeover. Her vibe was infectious. I will 100000% be going back and soon! Super impressed."
"Had my daughter’s birthday party here on Saturday and loved it so much we came back for a Diva for a Day Spa package. Latrina was absolutely AMAZING. She treated my little girl like a princess and seemed to genuinely love her job. Her excitement was contagious to say the least. I cannot recommend this place enough. 10,000 stars"
