"Run from this place!!!! I will never visit this establishment ever again. I had a full set with designs that the technician (Rin) told me he wouldn't charge me for stones that were placed on two fingernails. He wrote me a ticket of $125. I thought this was for my nails ($60) my pedicure ($30) and my daughter who was told was ($35) for her manicure and pedicure. He said this is for my nails only. My total bill was $190. He said it was $65 just for the designs. I explained to him that this price is crazy and that he didn't tell me that I would be charged $65 just for designs which is more that a full set of nails. After speaking to the manager on the phone and explaining how the technician told me that he wouldn't charge me for stones that he put on my nails, the manager stated that the technician can't do that. I explained to him that's what I was told and it's up to them to discuss and work out. I asked him why wasn't the price mentioned before or as he was doing the designs and where can they show me the price for designs. He stated that each technician sets there own price for their designs. The technician then went back on his statement and said that he only offered me one nail that he wouldn't charge me for…..LIES. I stated that I would pay $125 for myself and my daughter's nails but nothing more. I also explained that I have to leave because I have another appointment in 15 minutes and that I can't be here all evening going back and forth with them. I left because they were not trying to compromise and insisted that I had to pay $190. The technician came outside and took a picture of my license plate and called the police on me and told the officer that they wanted to pursue criminal charges against me for refusing to pay and leaving. I didn't refuse to pay I just didn't agree with the bogus price that they were charging me for. At this point how they operate business, they can charge customers for $300 if they feel like it. This was a horrible experience and I have never had this problem before. Also, the technician who did my daughter's nails asked me if I had cash app to send him and my technician a tip. Who asks for their own tip?"

"There are so many reasons why you should not spend your money at Fashion Nail Spa. Below you will find pictures of my nails that are 5 days old. I’ve been getting dip polish on my real nails since I can remember. Typically a good dip can last me at least a minimum of two weeks if not more. My nails started chipping the very next day. Two days later, two of my nails cracked. Below is also a screenshot of my bill. My nails were $55 and my toes were $35. I tipped $10 making my total to be $100. I gave them my hard working money just to have chipped, raggedy nails the very next day. Not to mention I’ve never paid $90 for my toes and nails. The nail shop I’ve been going to for years has always changed $70. The shop that’s down the street from them charges $80. This place is a rip off. To get get rid of the dip polish, the nail tech is suppose to soak your nails with a cotton ball following with wrapping your nails with aluminum foil. My nail tech charged me $5 extra to soak my dip polish off as if I had fake nails on."

"I felt totally abused during my three (3) appointments at Fashio Nails, yet I found myself returning because I just wanted it to work out so badly. I am tired of searching for a Nail Salons that offer cleanliness, great on-time service with fabulous designs. I book my appointments 2-3 weeks in advance. I don’t do “late!” If you tell me to be there at 9:00 a.m., I’m there at 8:45 a.m. I also confirm my appointments 24-hours in advance. My first appointment was on a Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. Fashio didn’t open until 9:07. Tiffany was my nail tech. She did not take me until 9:15; didn’t began until 9:30! She never offered water or a beverage. I provided her with a picture of the butterfly design I wanted two (2) weeks in advance. Was told, “Not a problem.” Upon being seated at the Nail Tech’s station, I requested hand sanitizer for both of us prior to beginning. If you don’t ask, they don’t offer or require you to wash your hands prior to service. After three (3) visits, I can honestly say, I’ve never seen her wash her hands. She complained numerous times about how long the process was taking. If she thought it was going to be a problem or take too long, it should have been discussed prior to my visit. I understand that long pointed nails with designs take time. I tell every tech upfront, “It will take approximately 2.5-3 hours to do my nails.” I tip $10 an hour or 20-30% of my bill, whichever is more. I don’t ask for something for nothing. I was charged $125 (full set $50; take off $5; cut cuticles $5; shape $5; long nails $10; matte $10; and $40 for four (4) designs). I tipped $38 cash. She never put oil on my cuticles. I should have gotten the message after my first appointment with Tiffany. I must be a glutton for punishment or I haven’t healed from my childhood abuse. No one should allow themselves to be mistreated as I was. I left in tears. I don’t argue or loud talk. Just very disappointed. Was hoping I finally found my home nail salon. It is very surprising during a pandemic, this place does not focus on cleanliness. They do not offer hand towels or select-a-sheet paper towels to dry your hands. You have to touch a roll of non-perforated paper towels that everyone else has touched to tear off a piece to dry your hands."

"Very clean and maintained salon. My daughter appreciated the attention to details. Fast, efficient, and excellent customer service. She felt pampered and very comfortable. As a young adult, it was an excellent experience for her. She would recommend the salon to others. We look forward to returning again. Thank you."
