"I had a haircut which was just OKAY and they charged me $60 (instead of $35), only for haircut with NO blow dry, No styling. It’s way too expensive for just a simple haircut. I called the salon next day to address this issue, the operator said that she would call me back by end of the day to discuss why i was charged $60 instead of $35 but she didn’t call me back. Pathetic customer service, pathetic administration. I’m not going to this place in future and don’t recommend this salon to anyone."

"I did not like the customer service I received from the stylist Farrah. She refused to answer my calls or return my calls about a issue I had with my hair. I was also uncomfortable about her giving me unsolicited advice about issues other than my hair. If I didn't share her beliefs she would not speak to me as I was getting service. I haven't been to this shop in years but I got a text about scheduling appointment so that is why I decided to leave a review so late. I do not want any contact from this shop. The woman who shampooed my hair was very friendly amd professional. I enjoy my current stylist and wish this shop well. I put honest reviews based on my experience. A virtuous woman should be able to accept constructive criticism and understand she's not perfect. Every review that is not to her satisfaction she accuses the reviewer as being fake or that the bad experience didn't happen. I hope this person will become mature enough to listen to others opinions and stop believing they're always right. I do not want any contact from this business. I wrote review so others can know what I went through. I was given a attitude when I was a paying customer and now it's a attitude when I choose to not associate with this business."

"I love this salon! I’m a client as well as my 2 girls. We are NEVER disappointed with the service. My favorite is the shampoo and steam treatment! Never have I ever been to a salon where the stylist takes such great pride in shampooing hair. I’m so relaxed after my shampoo that I usually fall asleep at the dryer. The styling is excellent! My girls really enjoy coming to the salon to get their hair done. This place is amazing and I would highly recommend!"

"Its the traditional salon experience, with a modern and luxurious twist. From the moment I was sat at the bowl, for the 1st time EVER, I experienced feeling pampered at a hair salon! They put a warm pack around my shoulders and offered me a drink! After that, she reclined my chair! They are preoccupied with the health of the hair; everyone is extremely gentle, they steam your hair, and you can tell that they use quality products. They work as a team, so any of them might wash and blow dry, but your chosen stylist will style your hair. I love the way Lesly styles; she's so gentle! Their hands are in sync, so you could close your eyes and you wouldn't know who was in your head washing or blow-drying. ON TOP OF THAT, the prices are so reasonable, you can afford to go as often as you want. These ladies are GREAT and the place is beautiful!!!"
