"Absolutely the worst car buying experience. I would like to see some major training. DONT BUY HERE. Major training is needed on on the sales floor and definitely desk managers. So much needs to be taught, Don't disrespect any customers that walk in the door. They must be hungry for a sale that all safety, for a mom with children have no value. If someone walks because of poor salesmanship, you should look within. I was called a liar over the phone, when we decided to walk because of I was presented and asked to sign a (We owe you Owe) paper before I was not presented a pencil on how much the vehicle would be. No numbers were agreed upon. Damaged, not service checked, newly trade in. How about safety first? Did this dealership care that I have 4 kids that I needed to put in a vehicle. NO servicing at all!!! Just a straight flip!!! Horrible dealerships do exist and this is one of them."

"I'll be honest. I've avoided ever using a dealership for service on my cars. I scheduled service just for a recall repair. First, I've never heard of a shop offering to pick up and bring back my car for me. That's insane. I'd be willing to pay a lot more for that service from anyone so having it offered free was a surprise. Then from my first contact with Orlando, I was genuinely amazed by the level of communication and help I received. I've used high end dealer service on an Audi that I thought was great. Orlando and the team blew them out of the water. I didn't want any repairs going in, but the recommendations Orlando made actually made sense and were clearly valuable preventative service that will avoid big problems down the road. To top it off, I then called some local mechanics to get comparable quotes, and Gillman was a lower price than all of them. Plus it's Honda mechanics using Honda parts. Doesn't make sense to be better and also cheaper. My Pilot now has its 100,000 mile service right on time, and then was delivered to my driveway exactly when Orlando told me to expect it before they started the service labor. And I've got peace of mind that my car is ready for another 100,000 miles. I'll be coming to Gillman for all of my service from now on."
