"This location’s service has unfortunately gone downhill. Jay and the gang usually give First Responders a discount, but I was overcharged on my last visit. (Due to my “vehicle’s first time” being there and not the customers. Wait…what?! Whatever….) When I later realized this, I called them about it and they were not willing to reimburse or credit me back anything. On top of that, they did not disclose the 3% surcharge for using my debit card! I don’t remember them charging this before but it would have been nice to have been told about it. It was not reflected on my receipt either. (That they told me was emailed to me….which was not.) I hate that the service has gone down hill at this place. I do love supporting locally owned businesses; especially when they take great care of me. But they need to get back to the way they were doing business when they opened years ago."
