"My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Rubin for over a decade. Recently she had a cavity and needed to have a filling. She has extreme anxiety, but Dr. Rubin and his staff that was part of her filling appointment that day were so incredibly patient, kind, and calm with her. They explained each step in the process beforehand and gave her the opportunity to process the information and ask questions before completing that step. If she asked for a break, they paused and talked to her to distract her focus, and then resumed the procedure when she was ready. I was incredibly grateful to Dr. Rubin and team, and impressed with their work that day. Not only did the procedure go well, but they built trust with my daughter and she will remember that positive experience for many dental visits to come."
