"Excellent work and service from the Dr. and staff. I came in nervous and everyone on the staff Gaby, Diana, Adriana, and Kameryn were all patient and did their best to answer all my questions and explain the procedure. Great Team! Then Dr. B. Stimpson came in and assured me that she would do a great job and I have nothing to worry about and was completely right. I can’t say how understanding she was about my fear. "Dr.Shin is the worst orthodontist. She cancelled my treatment without listening to my concerns. I took teeth out as part of my braces treatment and she left me with spaces open without a care in the world. She simply said, look for another orthodontist. Also, if you are looking for quality braces do not come here, they use the cheapest instruments in the market and the colors are from Amazon. The old orthodontist was very knowledgeable and why is it that the patients have to face the consequences of them leaving because of the poor management structure. I paid most of my treatment and they decided to cancel when I was close to done. Do not come here, you will regret it. Save your time and money. Dr. Shin is clearly new, and only cares about the profession for the money and not because she truly cares about her patients. Sad and sick. Go to like iKids or Mint anything else but this place. Do not get cancelled half way."

"Loved this place! My brother went and said he had the best experience and that the dental assistant Adrianna who helped him out was extremely nice and did amazing! From entering the building to leaving.. everyone was so friendly and welcoming. 10/10 and he will soon return!"
