"My daughter had a procedure here recently. She still has pain from the procedure at times going on 3 weeks later. I called to make an appointment to have Maria Fuentes (Pediatric Dentist) look at the work she just did about 3 weeks ago, because I’m concerned about the pain. I was informed I would have to pay out of pocket for her to make sure the work she recently did was correct even though my daughter still has pain on the same tooth she did work on and I have insurance. I was sure to give them the insurance card. It’s a shame, but I’ll just start driving across town to our old dentist at Plush Dentistry in Frisco. My only advice to others is that you be sure to have everything in order so they can’t say you will have to pay extra for work insurance already covers."
