"Just stopped in to get the oil changed in my wife’s jeep because the change oil light came on. After running my information they came back out and told me I still had 2500 miles to go on my full synthetic. nowadays not too many quick oil change places would do that. Leonard and his team are real honest folks."
"Definitely don’t recommend them at all. Came in for an inspection at 5:25 (they close at 6) and was told they don’t accept vehicles after 5:30, which is understandable but I got there before 5:30. I got horrible attitude from the guy I’m assuming is the manager, which is a shame because I’ve brought multiple vehicles in to this shop but I will never be doing any business here again and I definitely wouldn’t recommend them to you either"
"Never go here! I was not informed they broke the seal for the oil filter. Left, came back the next day as my wife called after oil all over the drive way, once I got back, and the “fixed” the oil seal, the engine had blown! Not only did I get a bill for $19k for a new motor but cannot get ahold of mr Q (the supposed owner). Apparently he only works from 1030a-1100a and still doesn’t take phone calls. Now I’m out of a car and $135 oil change! And the manager, most unfriendly unhelpful person I have ever dealt with. Thanks Valvoline of spring branch"
"I went in for a simple oil change and the guys didn’t put screws back into my undercarriage guard. It got torn up as I was leaving and exposed my oil pan. Careless and unprofessional. Do not trust your car to these people. Update: I went in to see what they would do to make it right and they said they couldn’t do anything. They were very rude and did not take ownership for their failure."
