"By far the only place I will get my nails done! Tee is exceptional, and listens intentionally when there are questions or concerns. She has amazing ideas for styles and colors, and her workmanship is second to none! Leslie is the only person who will ever do my pedicures! She asks questions to learn about her clients, and how to give them the best experience! Both women deserve raises! There are several wonderful and talented staff members but they are my favorites! I will book in advance or wait to ensure they are my techs. Thank you for always providing a great experience!!"

"The place is pretty, but the quality of my shellac pedicure ($49) was mediocre at best. I went here because my regular place was closed for Lunar New Year. My big toe nails are bumpy, we're not shaped at all after trimming, so there are weird corners, and one side is cut very slanted, and the shellac is uneven with see-through spots and thick spots. I will be surprised if these last two weeks. I mentioned to the tech that my nails were not smooth and that the shellac wasn't even, and she said, "Yeah, I know, I will fix for you." Then she filed down one spot on one nail where there was a glob. She repainted that one spot and was "all done." There are better places that aren't as pretty, but the work is better."

"Always a great experience here and have been going for a while but today was not that day. I wanted to go for at least 2-3 months before I left a review but today I didn’t get the pedicure I requested which is always the hot stone. She rushed and gave me a basic pedicure. I wanted my nails tips removed and an overlay on my natural nails and they did not do what I asked to be done. Instead I received a refill, cut down and a fixed nail which I did not need but the nail tech tried to take off the nail with a nail tip and put a hole in my real nail. To top it off I was charged $5 for a cut down and $5 for a reshape for the same exact shape that I already had. To make matters even worse the nail tech did not properly shape my nails; they are crooked. My husband and I go here faithfully every 2 weeks and spend a great deal of money but today was by far the worst. No drinks were offered as they normally would do. Everything was rushed. I would not ever leave a bad review for anyone but stop charging for nail shapes because everyone can’t shape properly and stop charging a client for wanting to cut their nails down. I will not let this one time ruin all the other great times but I will be aware of who does my services going forward and this would not be such a disappointment if I wasn’t a licensed nail tech myself so I know the things to look for and that are not done correctly."

"I wanted just a nice classy Gel French Manicure for my birthday. I said “I would like the Gel French Polish Manicure”. The man says “it’s 42 dollars”. On their site it states “$25 dollars”. I asked them to explain and all I got was an attitude. The Gel Polish manicure only consist of the gel Polish on natural nail. It does not consist of filing or a hand massage which I don’t need. The $42 Gel French Polish manicure is suppose to consist of a massage, filing, and cutting of the cuticles. Which I have gotten this service in the past and didn’t receive cutting of the cuticles nor a hand massage. You are not getting what you pay for and they truly up charge a lot of their services. Then when the nail technician heard I only wanted to pay $25, I received an attitude and a rough manicure. I would not recommend. I got my nails done Monday, so why are they still peeling?"
