"I could give negative stars if I could, I went in on my bday in January. I showed them a pic of honey blonde hair. I left with dark grey hair. My hair was already a light golden blonde when I came in. And my roots are naturally blonde. I had GREY hair walking out. I was in tears. I also was in the wash chair for an hour and a half while the stylist was on her phone. She wasn’t even with another client. I got bad neck pain for a week after. I had to remind her I was here. She said she was so sorry and forgot, “a family issue came up” I wasted 400 dollars. And my hair wasn’t even blonde nor like the pic. They wouldn’t even fix it for me. I lost two inches of my hair after coming here it started to fall off, thankfully I went to another stylist- it was 80 total and she did a color correction and cut it and she was super sweet. Also the ladies in here were “fake” to me. And all gossiping about people. I am from New York so, I’m used to paying 400 for hair, but I have never had it turn dark grey for that price. Do not go here! Here’s pics of the grey- the photo of me in the red chair was a week prior to coming in"
