"I typically have enjoyed a lavender pedicure at LV Nails; however, today, I made an appointment for 1 pm and requested a female technician. After waiting for 30 minutes, a male technician provided the pedicure, used a lavender pack where someone else had already used the one portion of the products, didn't provide the normal massage and literally kept stopping during the portion of the massage he attempted and was watching the TV above my head. We may be a small town, but when paying for services, we still deserve professional treatment. Disappointing experience and definite waste of my time. Note regarding response below from the location-you did not use 2 packs - it was only 1- I was sitting there and watching. Please do not mislead people in your response. I shouldn't have to make the same requests multiple times when an appointment is scheduled."

"My mom and I went together, when we arrived, I asked which of the 2 technicians had stronger hands, because my mom needs a gentle massage and I needed a stronger touch for my aching feet and calves. The man answered that they are "the same", so we just sat down. He then proceeded to give the weakest, least effort "massage" possible, totally intentionally. He "massaged" from my arch to my shins, ignoring my toes and the pads of my feet. It was truly a bummer. Also, when did pedicures become so rushed? 30 minutes start to finish for $48 seems a bit wrong. Time to try our other 3 nail salons and compare I guess."

"Nice furnishings and the Pediatric chairs are fairly new, comfortable & nice massage features. Difficult to understand my tech who was wearing a mask, but that was mostly my fault for not remembering my hearing aides! Her English was fair. The pedicure was nice. I chose a collagen lotion type. Which included hot stones & towels. Could have been hotter, but was adequate and the tech was nice. A friend who was with me had an experience that was not so good. Her Tech unable to communicate in English and was rough when trimming cuticles & said she actually cut her skin. My friend is local and has been there before and recommends Joseph. (She said she asked for him but he was not available). I would go again, nice place. Will be careful who I let do my pedi however."

"I got my natural nails dipped here and for some reason they cracked. Previously i had been to this salon and not had issues so I thought maybe the color was bad or different application. You can see in the picture that within a week my nails were all cracking; they cracked so bad that my natural nails underneath had to be clipped. I text the owner who happened to be on vacation and thought no big deal. He graciously replied and said he would fix them… I came in today and they only wanted to fix 5 of my nails and leave the others the way they were. Then I explained that the nails that weren’t cracked (about 4) would look like they needed a fill. Then he decided to say he would redo all of them for 50% off; so basically i paid 56$ for nails that would crack within a week. I told them to just soak off the dip and I left. VERY UPSETTING- i would not be proud of nails lasting less than a week if I was the owner. I will returning back to the Quarry Nails where I normally go"
