"I’ve never had a bad experience with getting my hair done, but I’ve also never had 5 different people working on my hair before, so I should’ve known it would end in a disaster. I paid $300 for a full highlight, and “root tap” and was left with this mess. So incredibly disappointed. Reached out to the hair stylist and she acknowledged my hair was splotchy and not correct, offered to fix it, but when I replied asking what she had available I’m left with no reply. Now I have to go pay someone else to fix this, which I should honestly make this salon reimburse me for. Disappointed."

"I was referred here and had heard amazing things about this salon. The staff is incredibly sweet and accommodating but, Unfortunately my experience wasn’t the best. I will let my pictures of how I left that salon speak for themselves. I did reach out and the offered to fix my hair but ultimately I ended up going back to a hairstylist I used before so she could fix this."
