"I recently went for a pedicure with friends and had a nice experience, but a few hours after leaving, my toe started bothering me. It was clearly infected the next day and was red and leaking pus 2 days after, so my friend requested a refund since she paid for me. The salon called my friend unprompted to tell her it was because I had an ingrown toenail and not really their fault, and while there was someone in my party who had one fixed, it wasn't me and I wasn't informed if I did have an ingrown nail. Regardless, they would have to be the ones who introduced bacteria to cause an infection, which brings their sanitation into question. I also feel it was inappropriate to call her and blame me. Would definitely not recommend going, unfortunately, even though it is a cute place with generally nice staff."

"I was looking for a nail salon that did amazing work. Look on google and the reviews there was nothing but positive things about their work. I’m not a girl that goes to the nail salon a lot. But it was a really nice experience and pretty quick. Vi did my almond shape French tips and she was really nice. The only bad thing and I’m going to say and it was because it was busy. The guy I didn’t get his name greeted me and I was trying to tell him how I came across the salon and he walk off like oh okay and next. But I can over look it cause like I said it was busy."

"Dear Nature Nail Salon Management, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had at your salon. As a long-time customer, I have always appreciated the convenience of same-day appointments and the use of natural products. However, my most recent visit left me with a negative impression that I feel compelled to share. Upon entering the salon, I immediately noticed some of the nail technicians were visibly sick and coughing. While they were wearing masks, the constant coughing made me uncomfortable. Despite this, I proceeded with my appointment. The technician who worked on my toes was pleasant, and I had no complaints about that aspect of the service. Unfortunately, a different nail technician cut me multiple times while clipping my cuticles. The lack of precision and rough handling resulted in both of my nail beds bleeding. What surprised me more was the complete absence of any apology or acknowledgment from the technician. It took my initiative to bring it to her attention before she attempted to address the issue. Throughout my one-hour visit, I observed several nail technicians coughing without proper measures, and one employee even lacked a mask. I also noticed that I wasn’t offered a water bottle, while another customer who walked in received one. Upon completing my service, I approached the manager to express my disappointment and show the issues with my nails. Unfortunately, the manager did not apologize or inquire further about the incident. After a moment of pause, he offered a mere 10 percent discount in a very nonchalant manner. As a loyal customer, it pains me to say that this is not the first negative experience I’ve had at your salon. Despite the proximity to my home and the use of natural products, the recurring issues have reached a point where I find it not worth continuing my patronage. I typically pay nearly $100 for a gel mani-pedi, and the overall negative experience has left me with no desire to return. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider improvements to ensure a more positive and hygienic environment for your customers."

"So happy I found Nature Lounge after I moved from Georgia. Luke is amazing! He is very careful with my cuticles and makes sure to get my requested designs or colors right. My natural nails have also never been stronger. Thank you Nature Lounge and Luke!"

"This was my first time going here and Luke did amazing! I have very small nails and he never cut it hurt me. I also let him know the color a I wanted and we tried a couple of different colors before settling on a color on the bottom to make sure it wasn’t transparent. I got Gel X nails which I love because they don’t break as easily. Like also told me other tips on taking care of my nails so they last longer.This will be my nail salon from now on."
