"We should have known better based on how they answered the phone (“What do you want?”). That level of service continued - abrupt, aggressive, and not professional. My husband came home with a bad haircut, abrasion lines from clippers being repeatedly pressed into his skin too hard, and a cut on his cheek where they tried to “clean up” his shave (they made it asymmetrical, so his cheeks didn’t match). SEE THE PHOTOS. They didn’t listen to what style he wanted, instead making his hair WAY shorter than he wanted all over his head. When they cut his cheek, they didn’t tell him until they couldn’t get it to stop bleeding. They finally admitted they had to put tissue on his cheek because it wouldn’t stop bleeding."
"Ty did such an awesome job. I had a quarantine look and she made me look like a new person. You get a lot for $30 but if you get the $50 package you get so much more, including a hot-towel massage and it is worth it. They also have a 40% off your next haircut if you come soon. I would definitely come back."
