"Went in for a manicure she stated they would have to take off the nails I had previously gotten… okay can do. Did not soak off the nails completely and cut my cuticle. As I am telling her that she did not fully take off the other set she just asked me what shape I wanted. And then (because some of them the nails were fully off and some were still on) did not give me the same shape on all nails. Now when I go up to pay they proceeded to charge me anyway and when I explained to the woman at the front she proceeded to say she will fix it but basically I’m still gonna have to pay for price, she sat me back down, I had to re soak my nails and after she drilled them she didn’t put cuticle oil on them or anything, I had to come back in and ask for some which is just ridiculous and STILL charged me full price. At this point there was no purpose in the manicure in the first place. I’ve been here before but it has never been this bad. If I knew how to upload pictures on here I would."
