"The manicure soak off was in a 2 ounce shot glass or tea candle holder. The man was hurting my feet with the cheese grater. I told him it hurts, then the lady told him to stop and just put my polish on. I also had polish on the bottom of my foot and leg. My (hand)nails were done perfectly. However I did not get a manicure. They only applied new nail polish. I was looking for a cuticle cutting, a hand massage and soft hands. I’m sorry, I was very disappointed."
