"Rita/raid whatever her name was or is was not it for me. I came in Wednesday my mom asked how much would it be to do my hair she said $65. We came back the next day were she then quoted $85 to my mom and then told me it would be $120. She then went on to criticize my hair. I’ve been doing hair 10+ years don’t even go to stylist, but I had surgery on my hand and I cant do it. She was rough taking my hair out of the 2 braids it was already in. She said she wouldn’t be able to do my hair without straightening it, but you don’t need to straighten my hair for 2 braids. Honestly you’ll be better going somewhere else to get your hair done at a cheaper price and better quality cosmetologist."
"I used to come here and get my hair done all the time. I stopped coming because they just kept switching out stylists and I don’t like just anybody hands in my head. But I hadn’t had my hair done in a while and decided to call and schl an appointment a few months ago but whoever answered the phone was so rude, I would ask a question and be met with a sarcastic very rude response. Of course I didn’t schedule and just tried again today to call and schl but I just can not let people who can’t even answer the phone correctly take my money then let alone put their hands in head. So it was good while it lasted but I just won’t be back."
"Very happy with my first visit to this location. I have utilized Smart Style in other cities. I was very happy with the stylist Chris. She was very professional and an exceptional stylist. Based on my many years of salon experiences I would highly recommend her for shampoo, blow dry and flat iron. I have curly/kinky 4b hair and it was transformed to it’s sleek, shiny straight form. I will return!"
"I've gotten my hair done twice here for cheap, like $25 for a wash plus cut and both of my stylists were perfectly friendly, skilled, and flexible with my instructions. They actually are quite busy here, because being inside of Walmart automatically draws in a crowds, so it's better to make an appointment just in case. I would come again for sure, especially if I want hair services on the cheap end."
