"The place was very clean and quiet. I enjoyed the experience because I was in and out. My husband also had gotten a facial in which he loved. I received eyelash extensions and I really liked the lash extension. I got them done on Jan 1st and by Jan 3rd I had no lashes on the left eye and about a good 8 on the right eye. I don’t know about anyone else but I’m not walking around like that so I removed them all. I wasn’t going to work like that. I went back on Jan 4th to see if I can get them put back on. I was told I had to pay for the full service because they probably came off due to the type of glue used. The lady was very rude in regards to the matter and I didn’t mind paying again but I only had them for about 3 days. I’m not a rough sleeper and I know how to take care of lashes properly. I’m actually a lash tech myself. I was very disappointed because they definitely could’ve handled this better. They do not believe in making anything right. My husband was very upset because he definitely wanted to get his weekly facials however he decided he will not be supporting them any longer. Customer service is everything! They much rather lose business over one bad service they provided then try to rectify the situation. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE!!!"

"Been here a few times for eyebrow threading, which they are consistently good. I came here for a Brazilian wax and the service was great. She made me feel at ease and was very thorough and knowledgeable. Thank you! Will most definitely be back."
