"I never write reviews but this place is so unprofessional. I booked a waxing appointment and as soon as I arrive the lady tells me she’s calling me to tell me I can’t come in because she has an appointment and asked me to reschedule… why was booking even an option? I drove 35 minutes and she tries to call me 1 minute before my appointment. This is the second time I have a bad experience with these people. First time they waxed my face and left a burn mark which lasted two weeks on my face. Don’t recommend."
"I asked for a clean up and she thinned out my brows SO bad. I haven’t had brows this thin since my freshman year of high school. I have relatively thick brows and I don’t understand how you can mess up this horribly and give someone an entirely different eyebrow shape. Definitely will NEVER come back here again."
