"My physical therapist recommended I receive deep tissue massages regularly. I see Sarah in the LTF spa; she provides a thorough service each time I visit her. She is kind and attentive and definitely provides much needed deep tissue work on me, finding the problem areas without my telling her. She knows instinctively what to work on even when I don’t. She is honest and open and that makes me feel comfortable , which is especially helpful in a massage setting. You don’t even have to be a gym member to see her!"
"I go to Shaina for facials and cannot recommend her enough. I’m not even a member at Lifetime Fitness and I drive an hour one way to see her. Shaina is extremely knowledgeable about her products and treatments and she’s passionate about her work as well. She takes the time to listen to my skin concerns and my lifestyle and works with me to create a bespoke treatment plan. This spa is luxurious, warm, inviting and you will walk away feeling more confident after each visit."
"Every single person that works at the Life spa in Colleyville are amazing! Joan Hendrix is my hairdresser who is fabulous however I have been with Dez and Tocarra as well! I can’t begin to tell you how happy I am to have this life spa close to me! I go in every week and walk out extremely happy! They know how to work with all kinds of hair!! I will recommend them to everyone who asks me❤️ By the way, Shaina gave me a Hydro facial two weeks ago, and my skin still feels amazing! Everybody is extremely well-trained to be able to work there! Thanks Lifetime and Lifespa!!!"

"I've been here a few times. It's convenient if you go to the lifetime gym and there are usually available appointments. The prices are reasonable for this most part, especially if you don't go during a peak time such a weekend. However, the staff are not the most experienced (e.g., hair stylist practicing for only a couple months) and certain services are limited (e.g., small selection of nail colors). Also, they don't go out of their way to notify you of canceled appointments."
