"There’s only been one time where my haircut went bad here, but it’s okay I’ve been going here for quite some time now. All the ladies here give great haircuts, i always get a fade but I don’t know my measurements I always tell them to do what they think is okay and every time they do a wonderful job!"

"Bad experience! I don’t ever leave bad reviews because I understand things happen, people have off days. This had to be posted tho. I found them On Groupon just to find out they don’t accept Groupon after I had paid for it. They weren’t professional at all. The room where I was supposed to be waxed was the dirtiest room I’ve ever been in, hair everywhere on the floor, stains on the bed. Worst part, they covered me in baby powder I mean excessively covered me and then used wax that they claimed doesn’t work. It was sticking to my skin and they weren’t able to get it off in a clean strip. They had to keep ripping on and off until finally in tiny sections I wasn’t able to handle it anymore and asked them why they kept waxing in the same spot on my shins for the past 19 mins. They (2 women working on me) said their wax doesn’t work well? Not something you want to hear when going somewhere just to be waxed and paying $65 I asked if they had any other wax and they said yes but they cant use it cuz it’s not hot. Considering I wanted both full legs waxed I had to cut my time their short because a total of 25 mins had passed and they were Hurting me so much and nothing was even getting done. I got dressed and my entire outfit was covered in baby powder. I went outside to talk to the owner and she honestly didn’t care at all and even wanted to still charge me?? I didn’t even get an apology. I have wasted my time, I have raw skin on shins, wasted money on Groupon which I have to go back and ask for a refund now, and bumps caused by the horrible technique used which will end up Being in growns . AND MY LEGS ARE STILL NOT WAXED. I highly recommend literally going anywhere else when getting waxed because this place was really bad."

"I waited for 1 hour for them to open the sign says 10 and they come at 10:30 or even 11 all for the lady to say we needed mask. No signs are on this building saying this. Which I have no problem with which either way my boys have to removed mask to get their fades. Common courtesy would be asking us to wait in my car and sending them one by one. She said that the day before they were told to put signs so then they could of put up sign because I had plenty of time to go home and get a masks since she didn’t open till 10:30. I’ve been here and spent 100+ dollars here cause I have 4 boys and my husband. I will not be returning because of how rudely we were treated. When I call to say my concerns she hanged up on me. Very sad she will be the reason this stores goes out of busses she is very rude"
