"I have been going to this nail salon since they opened and I have always had a very good experience. One week ago I went in and for the first time I received "subpar" service. The lady that did my nails did a mediocre job that I was displeased with. When I went to pay for my service, the young lady working the counter asked if I was happy with my services and I told her it was "just ok". I then paid for my services, left, sat in my car and stared at my nails. I was so upset with the way they looked that I went back in to let the young lady know that I was displeased with my nails. She was so sweet and tried very hard to get me to let the manager fix them and make them look better, but I said no (my fingers were sore and I didn't want to be touched any more) and I left. Four days later I had finally gotten tired of looking at my nails and how horrible they looked so I finally went back to the salon to see if I could get them fixed. The manager (or at least I think he was the manager) remembered me and offered to correct my nails. He was so nice about it and did an amazing job. He explained to me that the girl that did my nails was a newer tech. He was extremely appreciative that I came back and allowed the salon the opportunity to correct the errors made. They definetly care about their clients and want to provide great service. I know there are a few bad reviews on here for this salon, but for me they have ALWAYS been great and have always made sure I have a nice experience and receive excellent service. If you have a complaint, reach out to them... they really do want to keep you happy."

"Love them so much! My nail tech, Thy, is so lovely and she genuinely cares about what you want your nails to look like. I usually just go along with what the nail tech does but she made sure I voiced what I liked and what I didn’t want with my nails. I brought an inspo photo and she did an amazing job color matching it. I was so pleased with my nails that I made a pedi appt for the next day AND I brought my cousins along for a spa day. Everyone is kind, helpful, and conversational! 10/10 recommend!"

"Very disappointed in the quality and customer service. I have come here at least a dozen times since this location has opened. In the beginning the customer service was great but recently it has been lacking. The last three times I went in for a pedicure I was shorted on my massage time by a few minutes. I’m not sure I would even call the last visit a massage as the lady didn’t apply any pressure at. My last visit was not great. My nail polish was uneven, had bubbles in it, was painted onto my cuticles and even peeling off on one toe."
