"Absolutely wonderful! Very quiet, peaceful, great attention to detail, loved my tech Stephanie and her foot and leg massages! They also have my personal favorite bev’s—Pina Coladas AND Bloody Marys (and many more of course!) The real point is, everyone here smiles and the intent is to insure you relax, feel pampered, and leave with great nails!!! Prices are low for the volume of attention I got PLUS my “winter feet” have been ushered into SPRING!!! Thank you Stephanie and Majestic!!!"

"Nice place. I took my wife and 2 daughters age 10 & 4. My wife was seen immediately. My two girls sat at a table for over 30 minutes before they were seen. Meanwhile, 7 people walked in AFTER they were seated and all 7 were able to pick out a color, be seated and had someone working on them. We will be trying a different place next time."

"Bad and uncomfortable experience. Absolute no nail prep was done on my nails or cuticles, which as a hair stylist I need or else the nails will not last. I had to ask her to cut my nails shorter 5 times and then she stopped asking and continued with nails way too long. She went to file the tips extremely aggressively, bending my natural nail backwards almost halfway down my nail, so she decided not to shape my nails at all until after she applied the dip color. When she shaped them she filed half of the color off. Every nail is a different length and shape and they look like talons from the side. The nails were very haphazardly buffed and when I told her there was a lump on one of the nails she said no there wasn’t and proceeded to apply top coat anyways. She trimmed my cuticles after applying top coat and cut me multiple times. When I went to check out I told the receptionist I wasn’t super happy with my nails and she just told me every tech has a different process. I complained specifically about the lack of color on one of the nails so she had the same nail tech redo the nail. The whole time she redid the nail she laughed and shook her head and sighed. Finally when I went to check out they tacked on a $10 “extra long nail” charge (in addition to the $5 nail tips charge) which I have never gotten in almost two years of coming here getting the exact same length and shape. The receptionist explained that if the tips are a certain length in comparison to the natural nail they charge you more. They’re not the worst nails ever but they’re a bit rough and it was a really bad experience for me and for $60 I feel like I should leave with nails I like that will last. I’m going to have to reshape the nails myself. Really disappointed."
