"I just left this salon and I cant say enough great things about my nail tech and his mom who was also providing pedicure services for my daughter. For starters my feet were pretty bad and needed to be grated badly. Jay, didnt make me feel any kind of way about how much extra work he was having to put in on my feet. In fact he did the opposite. I sat there so embarrassed about how much skin was coming off but he didnt care, he was on a mission to get my feet where they needed to be. Most techs rush through and just do minimal effort. Not Jay. It came time for my massage and let me tell you this guy is evey womans dream if your looking for a deep reflex foot massage. He was so intentional not to miss any part of your legs or feet plus It was sensual. Like this was his favorite part and he is damn good at it. He took his time. Didnt rush through it like so many do. I placed 3 bottles of glitter polish down and I was going to pick 1 for my toes at the end of the massage. He picked up each bottle of nail polish and painted 1 finger nail on his hand. He literally painted his own fingernails so I could see what the product would look like.... dude. If thats not top customer service I dont know what is. I see where he gets his work ethics from because his mom was no different. My daughter had a little cut on her ankle and she was so attentive to it. Making sure not to get the salt scrub on it and making sure not to put the warm wax on it. She even went and got a fresh bandaid when it was all done. I mainly care about the health aspects of pedicures, but Jay exceeded my expectations on his services as well as my toes looking adorable. We must protect these people at all cost, you don't find workers like this anymore so when you do please take care of them. Thank you Jay and mom for being you."
