"I called and there was no answer - the phone's mail box had not been set up. I went by and the place was closed. It had an operating hours sign in the window, including a scrolling marque with the hours. I was totally within those hours. If you want my business, you need to honor your hours and answer your phone."
"Not reliable. Waited a long period for opening-time to occur but never happened after 30 minutes. Group of 5 men also waiting indicated shop many times is closed all day with no note on door or opens late. Was informed later that the shop never opened. Some indicate this is not a one time occurrence. Barber skills are very good, business skills are lacking."
