"Just had the worst haircut of my life and I've been getting them for nearly 70 years. Called ahead to make sure my regular stylist was working and made reservation by name, but when my turn came, she left for lunch. I make it a point to be a good tipper to reward good service and establish a relationship. Guess that's gone with the wind. Should have just left but replacement assured me she's been doing this for 30 years. She "pulled my info," never asked any questions and started shearing away one side of my head before I could stop her but damage was done. Then had to shear the other side so they'd match. She had pulled someone else's info. Did not follow my other requests/instructions thereafter. My photo could be used for an Marine recruiting poster. So, making a reservation and waiting for the same stylist to avoid all this is just too complicated for great clips...and they do this for a living. Got a coupon for a $7.99 haircut for "next time". There won't be one, nor will I pass it along to anyone...that I like."
