"Extremely poor customer service. The owner, Christy, accepted my appointment request and last minute put me in a VERY awkward position of switching my appt to someone else. When I let her know I was unhappy with her doing that and putting me in that position and that I was unhappy with my haircut, she pretty much threw me under the bus and said I came in with a “botched” haircut and she doesn’t normally take new customers anyway that aren’t referrals….so basically all my fault. So to people looking for a hair salon just be aware that should anything go wrong or you have a problem of any sort, that it will all be YOUR fault so save your breath! Very POOR management In response to your reply….say what you want, but NO, you did not inform me a new stylist would be doing my hair until I stood face to face with her in the salon. And NO my hair was not botched as you say….you were not even there and my COLOR was previously botched NOT THE CUT and there was nothing wrong with my hair as you stated but if that all makes you feel better, then go ahead. God bless you!"

"I’ve gone here the last couple of months, and I love this salon. Rachel and Amy are the two people I go to, and they are absolutely amazing. They are super super sweet, and are always trying to make sure that my hair is taken cared of. From offering for me to come back in, if I don’t absolutely love my bangs, to making sure I get only the length I want trimmed off. I always feel very comfortable here, and treated really well."
