"Worst nail experience I gotten I payed 85$ for a set that I have gotten before at another place at it was always 50 smth since the place was about to close she was such in a hurry to just leave everything was good untill she started shaping and paint she was aggressively shaping my hands and my thumb on my left is short than my other thumb on my right. The painting was disgusting the white Tips has spots missing and the nail just looked very bumping my pink lines below the tips weren’t even straight at all she looked like she didn’t even care never going to this place again."

"You know, you go cuz you got recommend unfortunately the lady who use to work quit. And that's fine but when you return and you try one more she does good except can't take ingrown toe nails out. So she tells me try the owner because her partner is either busy or I'll just be blunt I got ignored by her. Then they say go with owner BO and guess what i go to her SHE SAID TAKE A SEAT and TO MY SURPRISE I come out the R.R and another associate is in her place, her redponce was oh she will do you she can.. I was upset. I just said you (Bo) to do me and you know what? I don't like being Teathered around especially because i was the only customer there so seriously!. I won't be back. Yes maybe it's a favortism for them but I left upset and didn't expect this. And in the end I just said " I won't be returning thank you." So if it's abt preference and your in the in their GOOD side then good luck but, it was not professional at all. So that's why I gave u a 1☆ customer service is Poor. Good luck customers!. Just FYI..."

"I tried 3 places before coming here and I love it here. Tony pays attention to detail, is super nice and creates the nails I've shown him. I won't be going anywhere else. 2 years later and I started getting my nails done here again and still love the service with Tony. Ashley did my toes and did a great job. They're perfect. Everyone I've recommended here loves it as well!"
