"I never experienced something so terrible before, the lady who did my hair was really kind but when she started cutting my hair in capas she didn’t know what she was doing and went straight into it i also wanted bangs but she didn’t know what she was doing and messed up my hair, if u guys know she’s a beginner why do u let her practice on hair that we have to live with. I’m so upset and very humiliated that it had to come down to this. I never thought i’d be afraid of getting my haircut from this place ever again. She tried blow drying it and styling it but she knew she messed up. I’m very very humiliated with the way she left my hair"
