"I had a wonderful experience at Backstage. All the stylists are welcoming and the atmosphere is great! My stylist was Melanie and she did an amazing job with the mess of hair that I had. I requested a full blonde and had minimal hair breakage (which is expected with bleach). Melanie was clear and explained every step of the the process. She took her time and gave me her full attention while I was there, which I really appreciate. It was a long process because my hair was different colors and damaged from previous salons, but Melanie was able to give me what I asked for and remain kind and professional through the whole process. I think I finally found my salon to return to and i 100% recommend Backstage❤️"

He is really attentive and walks you through the process of whatever request you make. Poncho informs you of whether this will be a good fit for you based on the way your natural hair falls, which is wonderful since they are giving you a professional opinion and simply want what is best for you.
