"Very unprofessional. Charged me $100 for a consultation. And $270 for highlights that were YELLOW. The lady criticized my hair being too long in the back and didn’t bother to cut it. She said it’ll be an extra $50 to even it out. CRAZY. Prices are way too high. And they don’t take responsibility for lack of attentiveness. Rather, they fight against the costumer because they do “nothing wrong”. This is NOT a false statement."
"It is pricy but they take their time to ensure that you are completely satisfied. I have no complaints. If you want to find a place that will meet your expectations this would be the place. I just took my daughter for a haircut as for me I can't afford their high prices at $650 for my hair. It doesn't let me reply to your posting but all I wanted was highlights and I do have long hair that is why I was given that price."
