My first visit, Rosie, went out of her way to fix an issue with my nails that were done incorrectly. She also did a good job and was very professional. "my friend and i got our nails done here a few days ago and both techs did a horrible job on our cuticles. made both of us bleed and literally ripped off the skin. my friend had very uneven/texture finish to her nails. when checking out i ask for a discount because of our cuticles bleeding and they only have us 10% off. a few days later i am still upset because it literally hurts to wash my hands, and they look 10x worse than before. why would i pay for my hands to look like this and to be in pain? and not just me but my friend too. she literally has scabs on her cuticles. wish i had been more of a "karen" at the time because it's ridiculous to pay $50 to bleed. lol"
