"Well I came in and had the boots I wanted to get but the amazing saleswoman showed me some other boots and I loved them. They were even more than what I wanted to spend but she told me to try them for comfort since I explain I am on my feet for 16 hours a day. Best boot ever!!"
"Save your money and shop around these boots are no better then any of the boots I wear to work just over priced and they might last a year. And you only get a 12 month warranty through Redwing so if they replace your boots within a year and you get new boots they have no warranty on them so don’t get fooled….this is less then one year.."

I ended up purchasing the recommendation she gave Apex Aluminum Toe boots with the elite insoles. These fit my needs perfectly. I initially sought to purchase the boots I had previously but her recommendation was so much better."
"We used to have to drive up past Decatur to the nearest Red Wing (it's attached to a gas station) for work boots, but we found this location! Woohoo! The sales man, Brandon, was super duper helpful in getting my man the right size and fit with the inserts inside. Brandon said we have 30 days to wear the boots and make sure they are a good fit, so that's incredible! He said they can switch them out or whatever needs to be done to make them be a perfect fit. He was very patient and a wonderful salesman. We did end up having to swap the boots out for a bigger size because the work socks my husband wears didn’t fit with the boots, but Brandon made it easy for him to switch for the right size! Great experience! :)"
