"DO NOT COME HERE. my friend Jules came to this place and the person who helped her (Carlos) treated her horribly. Not only does he aggressively work on hair but also works so unprofessional!! Left her in bleach for hours .. her hair literally fell of!!! He said he’d fix it and then never replied to her.. DAYS LATER. He needs to REFUND her for his awful service. We went to get supplies to try to rescue her hair.. my friend was crying so much. The least they can do is refund her."

"did work with carlos, he didn’t finish the job kept flaking to finish my hair he left my hair all crusty i would leave negative starts if i could.. over processed my hair and had me under bleach for 2 hours and was working on 4 other people WHILE doing my hair."

"It’s a ok place. I only recommend if you have no where to go last minute. Never had a issue until today which we entered, and didn’t get greeted until 20 minutes later but Apparently there were plenty of workers available but none of them came up to greet us or ask us who we were here for? Not the best customer service but whatever. They were all in the back god knows doing what. While the lady in front just ignored us."
