"Went in for a hair style which came out fine. My complaint was that prior to my service I asked what the price was and then I confirmed the price again with another woman. After the service I was charged extra and when I explained that I had confirmed twice about the price a third person said it was a mistake. WhenI explained that I had confirmed the price twice prior to the service she was rude and basically said too bad in front of other customers. Never going back. And if you go, get your quote in writing!"
