"Super clean, professional and welcoming atmosphere. My nail artist was such a sweetheart and I will not hesitate to continue coming with them. I gave her a very simple idea and she stepped it up a notch and gave me beautiful unique nails! They feel comfortable not heavy at all! The salon itself was gorgeous and didn’t smell like chemicals at all! Other salons I can’t even stay 10 minutes before getting a headache but not here! Highly recommend and I’ll be coming back for future services ❤️"

"I paid 85 dollars for a mother's day gift card for my wife ,for a facial. Apt was initially set for Saturday the 26th. They called to reschedule sjring the week because the tech had an emergency, mind you an "emergency " they knew about two days in advance. No big deal, nimodo...then they call back to should her and tell her Saturday is availble afterall, she points out the obvious and ask why she swas given an excuse the first go and crickets....fast forward to today Monday the 29th , I take my wife ad drop her off to enjoy her mother day present when she finally has the time to go and they completely drop the ball. The tech wasn't ready whrn my wife arrived 10 minutes after 1pm. I was expecting my wife to be there for 60-90 minutes especially after paying 85 dollars. The facial took less than 30 minutes and my wife's face looked oily when she jumped into the car, needless to say she was very disappointed as am I. We have both had facilities at numerous establishments and have never had such a poor swrvjce rendered. No mask, barely any exfoliation and well the " extraction" if hyou can call it that was not very thorough. My wife's face is in no way blemished nor does she have many blackheads so for her to return with the few she had after a family, well its very disappointing as I expressed. We won't be returning customer's and we hope they try harder and do better in the future. I even asked my wife if she'd wanted to get waxed by then and she flat out said no, didn't hesitate. You women know when you're comfortable and well these women didn't make my wife feel welcome or comfortable at all. I'll just keep taking her to the purple place, whatever it's called in downtown mcallen."
