Manna Juice Bar

"I recently fell in love with this juice bar at the Arlington location and figured I could expect the same quality at this location. Oh how I was wrong. When I first walked in the two young ladies working, looked at me like I was crazy. I understand working on a beautiful Saturday afternoon may not be the best at times but a hello would have sufficed. The girl who took my order, whispered and seemed like she was afraid to talk to customers. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location."

"Yesterday I went to pick up my order, a teenage girl with the smallest voice and so shy to talk to people attended me. She didn’t even know the order without looking at the juice menu and then she resumed to tell me they were out of the “mylkshake” juice and if I wanted to substitute it with another one… I didn’t, that drink is the most important one to drink at night to keep you full. Especially if I paid for it for the remaining 2 day cleanse. How were they already out at 7:10AM? They open at 7:00AM. I told her I paid for it and I need that drink, she got nervous and went to the back and found some. I think they need to teach their employees to greet people, have more of a personality and not be scared to talk to their customers, and teach them to memorize day 1-5 juice cleanse or the menu as a requirement. When they are reading the menu and filling up the drinks it shows the customers they don’t know what they are doing."

"I was recommended to try the juice bar by a friend. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. I informed the young man in the front it was my first time visiting. He couldn’t answer basic questions without grabbing a manual, nor was I greeted by anyone when I walked. In addition, I spent 50+ on an icy smoothie, horribly blended & two other items. I don’t think I’ll be returning, and I hate this, because I was excited to support black business. They need better employees who are happy to be there & give their best effort. In addition, be able to answer simple info such as expiration info."

"First time visiting and I was disappointed with the entire visit. Unfortunately their Mylkshakes are premade (:/) as more juice like, than shake which is strange. You would think it would the opposite. Anyway, I'm big on texture so staff offered a sample that was not available lol. Then I requested dates be added to the smoothie, the ingredient was not available. The restrooms were dingy. & essentially everything I wanted was not available or not what I expected. Terrible first impression."

"Came to check this place out as part of an elite invitation from Yelp for a free juice flight. Very cute, inviting spot in a shopping center. Decorated so adorably for photo ops too! As soon as I walked in was immediately greeted by Maddy (sp?). She verified my name was on our list and she gave me the run down on the flight as well as a couple flavors that were new and not on the menu. I picked 2 and asked her to pick the other 4 for me. Additionally, I purchase a shot and a Manna from Heaven smoothie bowl (to go). She was so extremely sweet, helpful, knowledgeable on the juices, and gave me details on the ones she picked for me and we went through the flavors in the flyer menu. Shot - hot shot lemon + apple + ginger + turmeric Def hot and you will taste nothing but turmeric but was good! Juice flight Rose Day - this was my 2nd favorite. So fresh and flavorful with strong watermelon flavor, yum! 24 karat - was like a great carrot juice with a heavy ginger flavor (didn’t taste a lot of apple) Good morning text - really good too and not sweet which I liked. Manna 7 - kale, parsley, and ginger were definitely highlighted more in this one but was still good but out of all of them, my least favorite. Morning glory (new, not on the menu) - my absolute favorite Manna mule - the strong lime flavor is what hit me first, but a good balance of flavors. I bought the bowl as my post workout snack and I can’t wait to eat it. I took a bite because it looked amazing and woooowweee! So incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor. I can’t wait to eat it and be in heaven for a little bit."
