"Have taken several vehicles here to get washed. Took a new Jeep and they pressure washed with the wrong nozzle, which caused the paint to blow off the grill. Took it back up there and even though they admitted to causing the damage, never received a phone call from the manager on how to fix the situation. Good luck getting them to answer the phone. I won’t be back."
"Since I've been in Midland, this has been one of my to go places for our vehicles. They do a very decent job but need several improvements. Took my Denali about a week ago and they did a good job on the outside cleaning all the rain mud but on the inside I found a couple of demerits. The rear console was not cleaned and hair debris of my pet was not cleaned, it may difficult to remove and I understand but failing to communicate gives me the impression that they didn't even try to clean it. I've gotten better results for less than what I paid that day. Taking it back means rescheduling my business runs, hopefully they do it right on the first go next time. Thank you"
