"This is the cutest store! Lots of cute clothes, bags, sweatshirts, & gift items. It was hard to choose what I wanted the most! The staff were really sweet & helpful! I choose a beautiful emerald green satin pajama set with sleeves edged in fluffy feathers - so perfect for the holidays! I’ll be back!"

"Please put mirrors INSIDE the fitting rooms! I wasn’t sure how some items fit so I didn’t want to step out into the store to use the mirror. Instead I had to prop up my phone and look at my reflection in the camera. This is an easy fix that would make such a huuuge difference to your customers!"

"I absolutely love this store! First and foremost, the clothing and merchandise are amazing and I always walk away with at least one purchase. Secondly, the staff I’ve interacted with multiple times have been phenomenal, especially Amanda & Claire! They are the sweetest duo and are always so welcoming and helpful. It was fairly crowded when I was there and they do a great job at catering to each person in there and make them feel seen and important. Anytime I’m walking around the store with things I want to try on, they immediately ask me if they can put it in a dressing room. When in the dressing room, they regularly check on me to see if I need anything and happily get me another size if needed. I could not recommend this store more not only because Jessie James Decker makes the cutest clothing lines, but also the experience and vibes are on point! Already can’t wait to visit again next time I drive to Dallas."

"The two female employees working at 5pm this Wednesday 3/8 were extremely hostile. I came in with a return and original receipt which they rejected because it had been 15 days instead of 14. I nicely said I didn’t realize the policy and then they proceeded to shove the sign in my face and verbally assault me as I was leaving the store. I was walking out with my back turned and they kept yelling at me. Bizarre and extremely unnerving experience, needless to say, I will not be shopping here anymore. Looking at other reviews it seems like a theme that the staff make customers uncomfortable."

"Unless you are tall, white, & blonde..do not come to this store especially if you are a person of color. Walked in and no one greeted me, even though a group of 4 at the front counter had seen me. Immediately after, a group of white women waltzes in, and the sales associates instantly greeted them with smiles. Not even a minute or so later, more white women walk in, in which all were met with the same warmth and smiles by the associates. While walking around the store, a Black female also enters, in which I notice the sales associates giving her the same treatment as they had given me - just a blank stare and no greeting. Cute store, but would never return back. The racism is outright on display to anyone of color. The clothes are incredibly overpriced for the material. The other reviews below are correct. Seems like the associates pick and choose who to greet, or who fits the image of the brand. What a joke."
