"I was waiting on this location to open. I ordered online and picked up my order from the drive thru. My order was ready so no problems there. It wasn't till I got home and started eating my food that I was like really chipotle? My burrito was not good, my chips were so stale and my cheese was not good. Now I did see reviews before I ordered but I wanted to see on my own. How you just open and it's already bad usually that happens over time. I guess good help is hard to find. To be honest this the third chipotle that's been a bust for me the hwy 6 location, the Richmond location now this location too. I'm going to just stick with Freebirds cause they got y'all beat."
"I came here after this location had been opened for a few days. Some reviews pointed out mistakes and since then this has been corrected. The portion sizes are about average compared to other locations, the flavor of the food is good. I will be coming back!"
"Ordered from thus location for the first time and was pretty disappointed. The food was bland and my rice was extremely crunchy. I couldn't even enjoy my meal and threw it away. I could see if I ordered at 10pm, but I ordered around 5pm during the day."
"Very unhappy with the place.Being it's a new restaurant, it was open a couple of days ago. It was filthy. The tables and floors were dirty.Meat and trash was all over the floor.Nobody care to clean.Useless manager that didn't worry about cleanest.I started to take pictures of dirty greasy tables and a worker ran to clean the tables.Bowls got smaller and lesser meat and rice.All I got was lettuce and beans and tons of chile.Horrible not going back..."
"This was my first time to this chipotle that just opened by my house. It’s definitely small compared to other locations. The people were friendly and full of energy. I ordered the burrito bowl. The only thing is that they did not give half as much food that the other locations give for the high price. I literally got a tablespoon of beans and rice for $13 and that was the total with added cheese and guacamole. Hopefully it gets better but overall it seems okay."
