"I normally come here and everyone is always very friendly and helpful. I made a small mistake of coming in the store at 7:50pm last night, and i felt rushed by one particular employee whispering behind my back that the store closed in two minutes, as if he knew I was not aware of the time. Not only did this felt rude and uncomfortable, but I shouldn’t be made to feel that way when I’m about to spend two Benjamin’s almost three there. Other than that, everything is always fine."

"Don’t come here if trying to return a worn article of clothing. Lulu has a quality promise that says “our quality promise does not cover usage beyond practical lifetime” and this Lulu location said the don’t accept returns if it’s been longer than a month. That’s the first time I’ve ever heard that from a Lululemon and it was a waste of my time taking it here. Went to the Lulu in Dallas and had 0 problems. Thanks"
