"This BK location is a joke! I have been there numerous times over the past few years and since Covid shutdowns, I’ve had no less than half a dozen instances where I was not served and was told that the restaurant was closed due to short staffing issues (several hours before the advised closing time), yet there’s at least four people “working” inside. How is it that an establishment is short staffed consistently for over three years? It’s usually the same “manager” advising me that none of the four people in the restaurant are capable of making a hamburger and dropping some fries in the fryer. I wonder if corporate or the owner (if applicable) knows about their lost revenue due to their employees not serving customers?!? Step up your game!"
"Everything was made perfectly. The manager on duty was really listening to our order over the headset and made sure everything was made just how we asked not only that we had great customer service the drive thru guy was really sweet thank you ❤️"

"I come here often and dine-in with my family. Every experience has been great. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Always clean which is what I care for the most when dining in somewhere. Food is always made just how I ordered. Drinks always taste good. I feel like most fast food places Lake keeping up with their fountain drink machines. This place deserves more credit given."
