I tried to plead with the 2 girls working the front but they would not budge and insisted I could only exchange it for something else. I decided to try taking my item to Gucci North Park and they let me return it and gave me no trouble at all with the refund. I’ll be doing all my shopping there from now on and no longer supporting Gucci Clearfork."

"Don’t shop here. They are not very good at attending to people and getting what you need. I placed an online order with them since they said it would be 2 days. Well that’s a lie and they never called me back to tell me when my order was at. I’d rather drive to the galleria or North Park to get what I need and get better service."
"I placed and online order to pick up in store. Since you have to sign for home delivery merchandise the free store pickup was the most convenient. The staff was very nice and quick and retrieving my purchase. They even opened it in front of me to make sure it was correct and since it was a gift they wrapped it all up for me. Love Gucci!!"
