"We haven’t come here in 2 years due to a previously negative experience with the service. But we finally came back to find that the store is under new ownership and it made ALL the difference. The service is absolutely amazing and we’d come back just for the atmosphere of the space. The food was very good, brisket had great flavor and they did not skimp on the meat at all. Will definitely come back again soon!"

"Their food was disgusting. Their drink machine was not working properly and they were using bottled 2-liters for drinks. I have seen better from this company before but the quality of their food has definitely gone downhill. The lady manager gave me ribs that were super small and not really near at least medium size. I was shocked that she even fed me that nonsense. She tried to justify these small ribs by saying she gave me a little more. Considering I contacted them the "more" was NOT OBVIOUSLY NOTICEABLE at all. That was why I notified them of this nonsense in the first place. I do know that there are area restaurants with better food. This needs to be rectified. If your ribs are this bone dry - Do not sell them to people. If your staff is NOT able to make reasonable decisions they need to be doing another job. I hate to say this but their food at this point is truly mediocre at best."

"I ordered through their third party on doordash called Wing Boss. I ordered a 10pc boneless Cajun flavor wings. The best thing was the fries. These boneless wings were sooooo greasy I had to peel the breading off and they were still greasy. I tasted more grease than actual seasoning! If I could give them 0 stars I would. I won’t be back!"

"Absolutely disgusting. Ordered bakers & I received mashed potatoes with more butter than potatoes. Should be ashamed. Called and was told the manager left early. Said mgr is Eddie. Stay away from this location. Definitely gone down hill."

"Best customer service I have ever experienced at any Dickey’s. The new management team rally knows how to treat their customers. Not to mention the brisket melted in mouth! The creamy spinach was just as great! I am definitely going back."
