"We had very bad experience this evening. When my wife made a drive thru order, the staff at the window did not understand my wife correctly. When we drove to the window, their store manager was very rude and not patient at all. The manager even didn’t want to listen to my wife. My wife ordered million times before and this is her first time to get so bad attitude. Then I had to get out of our car and repeated our order, but they still made the order incorrect. They need to respect their customers and apologize for their bad attitude. Avoid this store!"
"The service at this location is the absolute worse. The lady had me pay for sauce even though I ordered two large meals. When I asked for a receipt she charged me for printing out the receipt. The manager was standing next to her and giving me attitude saying that they only give the sauces for chicken nuggets."
"The food is authentic, clean place, and nice staff. They brought the food very quickly on a Friday afternoon."
"FYI to all who eat the chicken nuggets from here. My Daughter wanted a quick bite after work. She got a 6 piece nugget meal and found a bone in her nugget. Had she been a young child she could have swallowed it and could have caused some damage internally. Just check your children's food better."
"Note: this rating for me is based on other fast food restaurants. 3 stars to me Us average. This place was not tidy (kind of dirty) - table tents still on tables, table not wiped down, garbage on floor. Bathroom was clean. Food was ok. I needed to go and get my drink (they forgot to include the other one). This location did have a small indoor playground which was nice. I’d pass on this McDonald’s going forward b/c if you can’t keep it clean, I can’t imagine that attention of detail gets better back in the kitchen where the food is being prepared."
