"This is not my normal Starbucks, but I stopped here frequently over the course of a week while a family member was in hospital nearby. I didn't get her name, but one of the workers in the evening was so kind and even recognized me when I went inside for a pickup order instead of through the drive thru as usual. With the stress I was dealing with at the time, it meant so much to have that personal interaction. This is now my go to location when I'm in Sugar Land because of her!"
"I love this Starbucks location! It's convenient and clean. The staff is very friendly. Depending on what time you go the drive-thru can be a hassle but, overall would still prefer the service here compared to other Sugar Land locations. I have dined in from time to time and the inside is kept clean throughout the day!"
