"Every time I order from this location they take at least 15 minutes to prepare a drink, busy or not. This last time I ordered two venti drinks and I had to tell them after twenty minutes that my order had yet to be prepared and called out. The drinks nor price justify the lack of customer service and timely manner (or lack thereof) in which they are prepared and delivered to the customer. Reminds me why I often prefer small chain coffee shops or Dunkin’ Donuts, stronger & better coffee that is prepared in less than five minutes. They do not have enough staff to accommodate the large influx of drinks, and between the rude customers they get and high demand they are unable to provide quality service, drinks or reasonable prices."

"Music is WAY too loud, like you cant even hear your own head phones or others talking to you. Its way too loud, the place is empty because you cant hear anyone talking so nobody wants to sit in that. Staff is rude"

"Third time in a row I have wasted my time with this specific Starbucks. It’s the only one with a drivethru near me, but seeing as though the past 2 times I’ve come here I’ve had to walk in anyway, it’s at the bottom of my list now. First time I came here was about 6 months ago, I ordered a large caramel ribbon crunch with no whip. Instead, I got what I joke about as crunchy milk…no caramel whatsoever, no drizzles, nothing, and they put whip… size small. I pulled out of the drive through kind of stunned, so I immediately pulled into a parking spot and walked in to ask about it… only THEN did they tell me they were out of caramel…. Of course after I paid for it. Second times a try, 2 months later, I ordered a seasonal drink (I can’t remember what drink) and a bagel toasted with cream cheese . The drink had some sort of crunchy topping and I knew I would like it so I asked for extra crunchy topping…. They then proceeded to tell me that the extra teaspoon of topping I wanted would cost me an extra $1.50…. Nevermind… I get to the window, pay, get handed my items and I pull off. Only to get home, open my bagel bag and see that they didn’t toast my bagel… no biggie, luckily I’m home and have access to a toaster. Inconvenient, but manageable. Today was the last straw though… went through the drive through, ordered my drink….. “I’m sorry ma’am, we’re out of our seasonal syrup.” Okay… fine I’ll build my own drink so I ask for recommendations. The drive through lady said sugar cookie, I said yes. I also ordered a bagel, toasted with cream cheese. The drink was extremely basic. Tasted like regular cold brew with cold foam. No flavor at all… I was handed the bagel and as I pulled out of the drive through, I looked inside my bag to make sure everything was there…. No creamcheese. I had to park my car just to walk in yet again to fix another mistake made. When I walk in, I’m told “we charge extra for cream cheese”. Yes, I know…. But I ASKED for a toasted bagel WITH CREAM CHEESE the first time….. she hands me a cream cheese. I walk out and head home. Only to spread the cream cheese all over both half’s of my bagel and bite into SOUR creamcheese. I was so hungry, I had already eaten half of my bagel before I had noticed it was EXPIRED. If I get sick, I know who to blame. Also, figured I’d mention, I have never ONCE gotten a receipt for any of these orders.. so how would I know if I’ve been properly charged for the creamcheese if you don’t provide me with an itemized receipt Three strikes and you’re out. I’d rather drive 3 extra minutes to a walk-in Starbucks than ever come to this location again."

"I want to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to Starbucks. Upon entering the store, I eagerly approached the counter to place my order. However, to my dismay, I was left standing there unattended for a considerable 10 minutes. During this time, it appeared that the staff was occupied with other tasks, and despite my visible presence at the counter, no one took the initiative to assist me. It was particularly frustrating to witness the team prioritizing other duties over attending to customers waiting to place their orders. This prolonged period of neglect not only tested my patience but also significantly detracted from the overall experience. In a place where customer service should be paramount, I expected a more efficient and attentive approach. I hope this feedback serves as a constructive note for improvement in the future."

"I recently visited the Starbucks coffee shop on 90 in Sugar Land, TX, and I was very impressed with my experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the food and drinks were delicious. I started my morning with a cup of decaf Pike Place Roast coffee, which was smooth and flavorful without being too strong. I also ordered the sausage egg and cheddar sandwich, which was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. The sausage was savory and the egg was perfectly scrambled, and the cheddar cheese added a nice touch. To finish off my meal, I had a slice of pumpkin bread, which was moist and flavorful. The pumpkin flavor was not too overpowering, and the bread was just the right amount of sweet. Overall, I had a great experience at Starbucks in Sugar Land. The food and drinks were delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing morning coffee break. I would definitely recommend this Starbucks to anyone looking for a great cup of coffee and a delicious breakfast sandwich."
