"The Indian or whatever people they have working there can't understand what I'm saying. They are rude and rush you to tell them what you want on your sandwich, all to mess it up anyway.. This is the 3rd time in a row and there is no manager to even call and report. This time I received a sandwich with nothing but meat and cheese.. no veggies, no mayo, sandwich just dry. I'd rather drive to Grapevine Mills Mall to get a sandwich.. they would never!!! If I could take a picture of this sandwich and post it I would. No point in driving back to Walmart because they are going to act like it's a problem to remake it. As I said this is the 3rd time in a row.. I'm pissed.. sitting here pregnant and crying about my food I paid for...."
"Never again will I go to this location, first time I went they got my order wrong, fine mistakes happen. This second time there were three people there, I don’t know who the female was there but she was yelling and the other two telling them being busy it not an excuse to not call her, she made eye contact with myself and two other people but refused to talk to us. She knew we were there and the other two looked terrified to even say anything to us, I’m sure the others wanted to order but all I had was a question and tried to get her to talk to us that didn’t happen. Extremely rude and unprofessional."
"The girl with the red hair didn’t take our order or make eye contact with us for the twenty minutes we were standing in line. Instead she stood there individually taking one wing at a time out of the fryer and walking each one across the kitchen to where she was seasoning them in a bowl just to avoid taking our orders."
"I've had trouble ordering online, but the food is really good & the employees are friendly. I pick up from the location. The dining area is pretty dull & uninviting. I think they have the best fried cheese sticks & my husband loves the cheese steak."
