"This place is booming with popularity and has excellent service. The workers are friendly and work very fast, and the food is always tasty. Clayton and Bailey are two great workers who are willing to go above and beyond for their guests."
"I usually order for delivery as opposed to pickup. Well today, a friend was gonna pickup for me and I decided to download and use app. I meant to order from the Carrollton location on Old Denton Rd but instead sent my order to the store in Denton on Loop 288. I called the store and Mark graciously offered to give me a refund although it was obviously my fault. I was so appreciative of his caring attitude toward his customers."
"I am not sure how the store on 288 in Denton stays in business! The kids working there are lifeless and incompetent, they make the wrong sandwich’s and act like it is no big deal, the store smelled like weed as was dirty. When I order on the app, I expect to get what I ordered and for it to be ready when I arrive … not 15-minutes later. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! If this is a franchise it needs to not be!!!"
"I can't get over the sticker shock of buying ONE sandwich here for $24!! Well, that did include a small drink and bag of chips. The sandwich itself was decent, but definitely not worth the amount of money I paid. I also didn't see any prices on the menu inside."
"FRESH BREAD, HIGH QUALITY SANDWHICHES! I will be honest, I last left a negative review about using their on-line app. But, I must admit that the Manager went out if his way to make it right, offered several free sandwhich coupons, and did so when he recognized me when I returned! I didn't even have to ask! The sub sandwiches are the best anywhere. They may be priced a little higher than some... but they are worth it! Best if all, they build your sandwhich the way you want."
